Participation of the C.R.Bt in the research products fair

The C.R.Bt participated in the research and innovation products fair organized by the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT), held on June 2 and 3, 2024 at the Faculty of Sciences of Information and Communication University of Algiers 3-Ibrahim Soltan Chibout. During the first day, Mr. Abdelhakim BENTELIS, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS), visited the various exhibition stands dedicated to scientific research and innovation products of national priority: energy security, food security and public health. During the second day of the exhibition, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Karim Bibi Treki, and the Minister of the Knowledge Economy and Start-up, Yassin Al Mahdi Walid, visited the various stands. The event closed with the award ceremony to the winners in different categories: “Best teacher-researcher, best hospital teacher-researcher, best permanent researcher, best scientific article, best PhD student, best research product in research centers”. Inauguration of the scientific and technological pole Chahid “Abdelhafid Ihdaden” of the new city Sidi Abdellah in Algiers

On Sunday May 19, 2024, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, inaugurated in Sidi Abdullah “Abdelhafid Ahdadden” Scientific and Technological pole, to celebrate the 68th anniversary of Students’ Day. During this day, the President of the Republic visited the five exhibition stands set up by students and young people, including the stand dedicated to innovative projects. Accueil de chercheurs du Centre de Recherche en Biotechnologie (C.R.Bt) et des universitaires à l’établissement hospitalier de Sétif pour renforcer la coopération scientifique dans la lutte contre le cancer

Le mardi 14 mai 2024, l’établissement hospitalier spécialisé dans la lutte contre le cancer à Sétif a accueilli une équipe de chercheurs du Centre de Recherche en Biotechnologie (C.R.Bt) ainsi que des professeurs de l’Université de Constantine, de la Faculté de Biologie, de la Faculté des Sciences et de la Faculté d’Informatique Médicale, accompagnés d’un groupe de 45 étudiants spécialisés en informatique médicale affiliés à la même université. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un échange scientifique sous la direction du Directeur de l’établissement hospitalier avec la supervision du Directeur de la Santé et de la Population de la Wilaya de Sétif, Monsieur Ali Ben Kamla. L’objectif de cette visite est de renforcer la stratégie de l’établissement en matière d’ouverture sur l’environnement scientifique local et de bénéficier des technologies modernes pour améliorer les services de santé destinés aux patients atteints de cancer. Cette visite a également été l’occasion d’explorer les possibilités de coopération dans les domaines de la formation et de la recherche scientifique, notamment dans le domaine de la bio-informatique et de ses applications pratiques dans le traitement du cancer.
