BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of the CRBt has been installed according to Decree No.142 of April 4th, 2012..
The Board of Directors deliberates on all matters pertaining to the functioning of the institution and in particular
  •  Research programs submitted to it after consultation with the Scientific Board.
  •  The financial management of the financial year
  •  The estimates of the revenue and expenditure
  •  Investment operations.
  •  The Human Resources Management Plan
  •  The annual activity report
  •  The draft of the rules of the institution

Composition

The Board of Directors of the C.R.Bt consists of 12 to 18 members appointed by order of the supervisory authority for a period of 04 years; the board meets in regular session twice a year, the Board may meet in special session if necessary
