Présentation
The Biotechnology Research Center “C.R.Bt” was created by the Executive Decree N° 99-256 of Chaabane 8th, 1420 corresponding to November 16th, 1999, as amended and supplemented by The Executive Decree 07-338 of Shawwal19th, 1428 corresponding to October 31th, 2007 concerning the establishment of a Center for Research in Biotechnology.The C.R.Bt is the first national research center in biotechnology under the supervision of The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Center’s headquarters is located in Constantine. It is responsible for carrying out scientific research programs and technological development in the fields of biotechnology. Operational since May 2010, the Center's main objective is "The development of research, in a sustainable development approach, particularly the one that is applied in the field of biotechnologies by involving our socio-economic partners for the promotion and conservation of our biological resources."
