Cognitive cross-pollination memorandum

Under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a memorandum of “cognitive cross-pollination” was signed on April 19, 2025, at Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology (USTHB) between the Biotechnology Research Center (C.R.Bt) and Sétif 1 University(UFAS). This initiative is part of a strategic partnership aiming at enhancing cooperation and integration between universities and scientific research centers.

This initiative seeks to create a stimulating educational and research environment, based on synergy between higher education institutions and research structures. It will thereby contribute to fostering innovation, promoting knowledge, and directing it toward serving national development.
