Signature of a Partnership Agreement

The Biotechnology Research Center and the Faculty of Pharmacy – University of Algiers 1 signed a partnership agreement on Monday, February 24, 2025, aiming at strengthening scientific and technological collaboration.

The agreement was signed by Professor Ammar AZIOUNE, Director of the C.R.Bt, and Professor Réda DJIDJIK, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy – Algiers 1.

On this occasion, Professor AZIOUNE highlighted the potential of the C.R.Bt, showcasing its advanced technological platforms, laboratories equipped with the latest innovations, and cutting-edge research projects. For his part, Professor DJIDJIK emphasized the strategic significance of this partnership, which will pave the way for scientific synergies and large-scale research in pharmaceutical and biotechnological fields.

The delegation from the Faculty of Pharmacy -Algiers 1 then toured the C.R.Bt facilities’, exploring its high-tech equipment and research and development capacities.

This collaboration marks a key step in bringing academic institutions and research centers closer together in Algeria, with the ambition of actively contributing to the country’s scientific progress and technological innovation.
