Call For Competence

The Biotechnology Research Center (C.R.Bt) is launching a call for competence to identify highly qualified experts to ensure the management, optimization and sustainability of its subsidiaries operating in the fields of agriculture and the environment.

We are looking for professionals with proven and demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, management and business management, capable of meeting the challenges linked to the growth of applied biotechnologies and ensuring strategic and efficient management of subsidiaries.

1. Context and objectives:

The mission of the C.R.Bt subsidiaries is to exploit, promote and transfer scientific and technological innovations resulting from research in biotechnology, translating them into concrete and sustainable solutions serving the economic and societal sectors.

2. Sought profiles:

Candidates must have significant expertise in the following areas:

Entrepreneurship and business development

• Proven experience in the creation, management or development of start-ups, SMEs or large companies, ideally in the agricultural and environmental sectors.
• Ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities, by integrating innovations resulting from scientific and technological research.
• Skills in economic modeling and in developing viable and efficient business plans.

Strategic and organizational management

• Skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Mastery of modern corporate governance and optimization of internal processes.

Business management and finance

• Expertise in financial management, budgeting and resource optimization.
• Mastery of risk management principles, regulatory compliance and legal structuring of companies.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, in negotiation and contracting.
