Workshop organized by ATRSSV on the Argan development strategy in Algeria

On August 25^th 2024, in Oran, the C.R.Bt took part in a workshop organized by the ATRSSV on the argan development strategy in Algeria, within the framework of the thematic network of Saharan agriculture.

This workshop brought together key players namely: CRTAA, CRSTRA Biskra, CRAPC, CRAPAST, DGF, INRF, as well as the chamber of crafts and tourism of the wilaya of Tindouf. Specialized investors from the wilayas of Mostaganem and Tindouf were also present, as well as university experts. Discussions focused on the current state of argan plantations in Algeria and the State’s strategies to promote this sector. Participants also explored the necessary steps and avenues of scientific research and technological development to ensure the success and sustainability of this sector.
