The EnSpire microplate reader from PerkinElmer is a highly accessible research platform for the quantitative detection of light emission and/or absorbance. The reader includes several measurement technologies: Absorptive filter technology (F–Abs), quad–monochromator based on fluorescence intensity (FI), luminescence (Lum), Alpha technology, Time resolved fluorescence (TRF) and technology without label (LF: Label Free technology).
