The UV–KUB 2 is a compact cold UV insolator–masker, equipped with a collimated and homogeneous optical head based on LEDs. Dedicated to UV photolithography by masking, this equipment allows resolutions below 1μm to be achieved. It is compatible with all classic photolithography resins such as AZ, Shipley, SU8 and K–CL.
