Genomics platform:

Dedicated to the analysis of genomes from various species (virus, bacteria, plants, human…etc.). Certified according to the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA) standard. Its main objective is the exploration of the structure and function of the genes constituting the genomes of Algerian genetic resources.

Proteomics platform:

Dedicated to the study of the structure and function of proteins via classical electrophoresis techniques as well as mass spectrometry. The main objectives are the identification and quantification of biomarkers, especially for diseases, the purification of native or recombinant proteins via chromatographic techniques and the production of recombinant proteins.
