The board of administration of the CRBt was set up under decree N° 142 of April 2012. It deliberates on all matters pertaining to the
functioning of the institution, in particular:

• Research programs that are submitted after consultation with the Scientific Advisory Board,

• Financial management of every financial year,

• Estimates of the revenue and expenditure,

• Investment operations,

• Human resources management plans,

• Annual activity reports,

• Drafts of the internal rules of the institution.
